Individual Giving

You make it happen! Your gifts provide critical assistance making it possible for Master Chorale to provide incredible music to audiences across the Triangle and across the state.

Individual Donors of North Carolina Master Chorale receive unparalleled access to the Chorale’s life changing music-making. Benefits for individual donors include: recognition in printed programs, and access to exclusive donor/sponsor-only events.

Donations to North Carolina Master Chorale, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. It takes many voices to make a vibrant chorus and it takes gifts of all sizes to ensure the success of the Master Chorale.

If you are giving from a Donor Advised Fund, you can use the drop-down menu below.

I support Master Chorale because

“Art is essential. Choral music is an essential art form. Pure and simple. Ticket sales alone cannot fund concerts.”

John Adams

“Because it takes money to run the organization. Our singing doesn’t pay for rehearsal or concert hall spaces, doesn’t pay the salary of staff and guest musicians, and doesn’t fund the advertising so that we have attendees in the seats. When it comes down to it, both participation and donations have weight and are necessary to the function of the organization.”

Megan Gray

“I believe individuals and communities need the arts to not just survive, but to thrive. Investing in the arts at all levels, both in schools and in our communities, is fundamental to our humanity. Music never divides, it can only make us stronger.”

Merranie Zellweger

“The arts need support! Even small contributions add up to continue the important work of performance and passing on the love of music to the next generation.”

D. Owen
